MgO-CaO-Fe2O3 synthetic sand

It takes high purity caustic calcined magnesia and dolomite powder as raw material, milling, formed under high pressure, sintered in high temperature rotary kiln. It has the feature of high density, high strength and high corrosion resistance and is the ideal raw material for making dry ramming mix and hot patching material for bottom of EAF.

Fused Magnesite - Chrome Spinel clinker

Fused Mag - chrome magnesite clinker with high Chrome are manufactured by high purity caustic calcined, concentrated chrome ore and chrome ore as main raw materials through electro - fusing. It is the important material of Rhand VOD vessel, non - ferrous smelter and eye bricks.


Fused magnesia

Middle grade magnesite

In our country, high purity magnesite was tried to burn by oil shaft kiln and turned to merchandise in eighties , but the output is small , Almost in the meantime ,coke shaft kiln further burned middle grade mag - nesite were launch, but burned with coke could increase the silicon but depress magnesite's grade low, so we built middle grade magnesite oil shaft kiln.

Dead bumed magnesite

Dead - Burned Magnesite is produced with selected natural magnesite through purifying. Calcining in shaft kiln .It’s an idesl material for making bricks and unshaped refractory materials, the final products are used in eletric furnace bottom and furnace’ s lining tamping.
